  • Customer Database (Tenant Data): To provide our Service, you may upload your clients' names, phone numbers, and custom variables (e.g., appointment dates, service types). We store this securely on your behalf.
  • Google Contacts Data: If you choose to use our "Google Contacts Sync" feature, we request access to your Google Contacts (read-only) to import names and phone numbers directly into your dashboard.
3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, operate, and maintain our Service, process transactions, automate and dispatch WhatsApp messages to your clients on your behalf, and provide dedicated customer support.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use)

NiSa Softwares' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

  • We only use Google Contacts data to allow you to securely import your clients into your private NiSa Softwares dashboard.
  • We do not use this data to serve advertisements.
  • We do not allow humans to read this data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages, doing so is necessary for security purposes, or it is required to comply with applicable law.
5. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data or your customers' data. We only share information with essential Service Providers such as Meta (to dispatch WhatsApp messages securely via their official API) and Razorpay (to process subscription payments), or if required to do so by law.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
